Welcome Home to the Historic Matewan House. We are in the historic town of Matewan, West Virginia. Home of the Hatfield McCoy Trails near the Devil Anse Trail head. Our lodging complex consist of three separate buildings. Our main house with the lounge, dining area on the bottom floor and five rooms upstairs. Just across from the firepit and patio area is our cabin rooms and bunkhouses. Next door to the main house is the building that holds our Matewan and Railroad suites.

       Our lodging is just down the street from the Devil Anse trail entrance. Matewan is ATV friendly. We are walking distance to restaurants, museums, shopping, walking/biking paths, kayaking, fishing, and the Hatfield McCoy Airboat Tours.

        Every morning that you stay with us you can indulge in an all-you-can-eat country breakfast. We have queen size beds, and each room has a private bath.

We provide you with a gated lock up area for your side by side, ATV and bikes. We also have a wash station, laundry, fire pit, gas grill, ice, bottled water, sodas and snacks for your enjoyment. All these great amenities at no additional charge.
